Your OneHealthPort Single Sign-On Subscriber ID and password will not work for CAQH access.<br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">You can go to:\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"ext\" title=\"(opens in a new window)\" href=\"https:\/\/proview.caqh.org\/Login?Type=PR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-extlink=\"\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">https:\/\/proview.caqh.org\/Login?Type=PR<\/span><\/a><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0to set up a new account. Under \u201cFirst Time Here?\u201d at the bottom right corner of the page, click \u201cRegister Here\u201d to begin the registration process.<br \/>\n<\/span>Note: If you are unsure if you have an account with CAQH, please contact them before registering to avoid creating duplicate accounts.<\/li>\n<li class=\"field field--name-field-short-text field--type-string field--label-hidden ui-accordion-header ui-helper-reset ui-state-default ui-corner-all ui-accordion-icons\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"ui-accordion-1-panel-0\" aria-selected=\"false\"><strong>Do I still need my OneHealthPort Single Sign-On Subscriber ID and password?<\/strong><br \/>\n<span lang=\"EN-US\">If you only use your OneHealthPort Single Sign-On Subscriber ID to access ProviderSource, you will not need your OneHealthPort account after December 31, 2023. Why is that?<\/strong><br \/>\nOnce you have completed an application, you must identify the health plans who can access your application.
