Case studies may be on broad topics and include multiple guideline reports, or they may be focused on a single report.<\/p>\n<p>Case studies are developed through a standardized method, borrowed from the Guidelines International Network, to support validity and reliability of the information. Organizations can use these score cards for internal assessments to support implementation projects or submit a completed score card to the Bree to be eligible for our Trailblazer award. Those who meet the criteria for concordance of care can also be eligible for the Foundation for Health Care Qualities Mountain Climber Award for Excellence in Health Equity.<\/p>\n<p>All Bree Collaborative guidelines that have a status of &#8220;Active&#8221; listed in the Implementation Guide are eligible for awards.
