Bree Topic Specific Evaluation Tools<\/div>[vc_column_text]The Bree Collaborative has developed topic and audience specific evaluation tools to measure concordance of care with our\u00a0 guidelines. These tools can be found in our Implementation Guide. Some organizations may be interested in using tools for more than one audience. For example, a large health system may consider evaluation at the system level as well as at the provider level.<\/p>\n
