Representatives from the American Indian Health Commission will discuss their Pulling Together for Wellness” (PTW) framework which promotes community-based\, culturally appropriate strategies to prevent chronic diseases and address health disparities and emphasizes the emotional\, social\, spiritual\, and physical well-being of individuals\, families\, and communities.
