We promote data-driven quality improvement activities in hospitals across Washington. The central premise of SCOAP is that quality of care can best be enhanced through collaborative, not punitive, mechanisms.<\/span><\/p>\n

SCOAP is a Washington State-approved Coordinated Quality Improvement Program (CQIP<\/a>).
