If you have communicated with ARMUS Support via Outlook recently, you may already be registered! Try selecting \u201cGet a password\u201d, which should generate a temporary one to your e-mail on file with ARMUS.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the system does not recognize your e-mail, or you are not receiving a temporary password, please select \u201cSign Up\u201d to begin the account creation process.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I review my ticket(s)?<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n– When you submit your requests through the Help Center, or ARMUS Support creates a ticket on your behalf, a ticket number will be assigned, and your ticket(s) will be available in \u201cMy activities\u201d.<\/span>
\n– “My Activities” is located in the upper right hand corner of the Help Center, under your name. You will need to open the drop down menu to access.<\/span>
\n– After selecting \u201cMy activities,” you will see a list of your submitted tickets, or tickets you have been CC\u2019d on.<\/span>
\n– After selecting the submitted ticket you want to review, you will see additional information about the ticket.<\/span><\/p>\n
