We are hiring two full-time positions to work closely with staff and external partners to improve health care quality, outcomes, affordability, and equity across our region through implementation of our Bree Collaborative guidelines.

Manager, Evaluation and Measurement will co-develop, implement, and actively refine a measurement strategy to assess adoption of our guidelines into clinical practice, contracts, and other avenues. More information Here.

  • Co-develop Bree guideline evaluation plan with external partners.
  • Translate existing guidelines into pragmatic process and outcome measures to measure adoption.
  • Implement measurement plan using available tools including through website.
  • Outreach to partners to continuously refine evaluation and measurement strategy and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Attend virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Assess site- and system-level barriers to guideline adoption and strategies to overcome barriers including aligning incentives.
  • Operate in collaborative work relationships.
  • Attend virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Engage external partners from diverse groups and communities with respect, professionalism, and cultural humility.

Manager, Transformation and Community Partnerships will outreach to our health ecosystem, develop tools to further adoption of our guidelines, and design and facilitate learning collaboratives and trainings. More information Here.

  • Develop and implement sustainable communication and feedback strategies to health care partners.
  • Translate existing guidelines into pragmatic adoption tools.
  • Design and facilitate informal learning collaboratives for organizational and individual peer support.
  • Outreach to community partners to co-develop strategic collaborations for guideline adoption.
  • Develop webinars and other virtual, durable trainings for diverse audiences.
  • Assess site- and system-level barriers to guideline adoption and strategies to overcome barriers including aligning incentives.
  • Attend virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Operate in collaborative work relationships.
  • Engage external partners from diverse groups and communities with respect, professionalism, and cultural humility.
