This year’s entirely virtual event has allowed us to expand our boundaries beyond Washington through collaboration with the Oregon Patient Safety Commission and the BC Patient Safety and Quality Council. Conference presentations will be recorded and available to attendees for six months after the conference.<\/span><\/strong> <\/span>This year’s conference will feature internationally recognized patient safety experts and local leaders presenting successful practices.
