Created by midwives for midwives, we capture and measure perinatal care across all birth settings and provider types.

Since 2018, the FHCQ has worked with midwifery leaders to build a comprehensive data repository so ALL community-based midwives in Washington state and beyond can collect their data alongside hospital data for quality improvement and research.
