Hybrid Reporting Manual (revised June 2020)

This manual is designed to help users generate SCOAP Hybrid reports in a simple, intuitive manner. A chapter is devoted to each section:
     – Generating Reports
     – Reading Measures Library Reports, Hospital Level Reporting
     – Understanding Measures Library Line Graphs
     – Running benchmarking reports (and for which populations)
     – Using your data cleaning report.  (The last page also provides an overview of how to pull up a Record ID in the database.)

Data Cleaning Report

At least one contact per site will have the ability to generate a case-specific data cleaning report. If you believe you need this access, please contact AskSCOAP@qualityhealth.org.

Automated Data Imports

To help manage valuable resourcing, sites may automatically upload as many of their SCOAP and Spine COAP variables into the database as can be extracted.  To request a copy of the file specifications and start the ball rolling, please contact AskSCOAP@qualityhealth.org.
