If you have communicated with ARMUS Support via Outlook recently, you may already be registered! Try selecting “Get a password”, which should generate a temporary one to your e-mail on file with ARMUS.
If the system does not recognize your e-mail, or you are not receiving a temporary password, please select “Sign Up” to begin the account creation process.
How do I review my ticket(s)?
– When you submit your requests through the Help Center, or ARMUS Support creates a ticket on your behalf, a ticket number will be assigned, and your ticket(s) will be available in “My activities”.
– “My Activities” is located in the upper right hand corner of the Help Center, under your name. You will need to open the drop down menu to access.
– After selecting “My activities,” you will see a list of your submitted tickets, or tickets you have been CC’d on.
– After selecting the submitted ticket you want to review, you will see additional information about the ticket.
