Harborview Medical Center – CLINICAL QUALITY ANALYST – UW MEDICINE QUALITY ASSURANCE
The purpose of this position is to provide support in reviewing patient safety events as well as providing advanced analysis and reporting of safety trends for HMC Patient Safety, Quality Improvement and operational leadership.  The Patient Safety Analyst will work collaboratively with the Patient Safety Officer, Asst. Administrator of Quality Improvement, the Associate Medical Director for Quality and Safety, and PSN Clinical Manager to develop and evaluate patient safety initiatives across Harborview Medical Center’s Patient Safety Program. This position represents a vital aspect of Harborview’s Patient Safety Program by providing the initial review, referral and triage of PSN reports.
