Coalition Program Director Presenting at 2014 National Patient Safety Foundation Congress

Miriam Marcus-Smith (WPSC Program Director) and Jackie Valentine (Director, Patient Safety at Seattle Children’s) will present at the May 2014 National Patient Safety Foundation Congress on “Building Second Victim Support Programs: What we’ve learned.” Miriam and Jackie will share how the Coalition’s Second Victim work developed, including the results of a needs-assessment survey, and the resources that have been developed.
