Bree Collaborative Pillars of System Transformation
In 2022 the Bree Collaborative adopted a roadmap for systems change that included three pillars of transformation – Equity, Data Usability, and integrated, holistic care. The Bree aims to decrease variation in care access, treatment, and outcomes for all people, regardless of race, ethnicity, primary language, biological sex and gender identity, and social drivers of health. The collaborative aims to increase the usability of health care data to improve quality of care. Finally, we aim to help create a system of integrated, holistic care without variation by insurance type, income, employment status or other factors that lead to fragmentation of and gaps in services.
