COAP serves as the coordinator for the STS Northwest Regional Data Manager Group, supporting STS data managers across six states: Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii. This data manager group has over 60 active members who support one another through real time email Q&A support and through participation in monthly educational web-based meetings.

STS Northwest  Regional Data Manager Group Leadership: Clinical leadership is provided by Melinda Offer, RN , MSN, Director of Cardiac Services at DAS Specialists, Idaho, and STS Core Member, and Crystal Dryden, RN, BSN, STS Registries & Data Coordinator, Salem Hospital. Operational leadership is provided by Jeannie Collins-Brandon, COAP Program Director. Monthly Web-based Meetings are hosted the second Wednesday of each month, 11:00am-noon PST. In each meeting we discuss updates to the STS training manual, unpublished FAQs, questions that come up via email or on national core group calls, and general Q&A. We also invite guest presenters to cover key educational topics of interest. All group members are encouraged to send questions and case scenarios to Melinda or Crystal a week in advance of each meeting to be presented and discussed with the group.
