Participating Hospitals

Participation in COAP is recognized by Washington State Health Care Authority and other stakeholders in health care quality as a first step in meeting high quality standards in cardiac care. Since our beginnings, in 1997, COAP members have benefited from universal participation by all hospitals in Washington State that perform percutaneous cardiac intervention and/or adult cardiac surgery. COAP is open to hospitals outside the state too. This universal participation enables COAP to build a robust regional database that leads to deep local knowledge and learning.
