Description: Washington continues to deepen its understanding of Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN), particularly in the areas of food insecurity and transportation—two issues that significantly shape health outcomes across the state. This webinar will introduce two new toolkits created to support organizations working in these areas, offering a clear look at the challenges, needs, and opportunities identified by partners across the healthcare ecosystem. These resources are also designed to complement ongoing statewide efforts, including work connected to Washington’s Community Information Exchange (CIE).
Speakers will include UW MPH students whose practicum at the Foundation for Health Care Quality led to the development of these toolkits, drawing on months of research and engagement with community and healthcare stakeholders. Representatives from Comagine Health will also share updates on the state’s CIE initiative and discuss how these tools can support broader coordination efforts.
Join us to learn more and explore opportunities to better support Washingtonians.
