Event Description: Join the Bree Collaborative at the Foundation for Health Care Quality for our Health in Action Summit! Together, we’ll explore what it means to thrive as a community—through systems and strategies that support inclusive and lasting health for all. As the health landscape continues to evolve, this summit will highlight how members across our sector—clinicians, health plans, purchasers, state agencies, and others—are actively adapting to meet current challenges while advancing better outcomes for the people they serve.
We’ll take a deep dive into complex and emerging issues and examine how they are being addressed in ways that promote inclusive health and respond to the needs of those most impacted.
Join us as we continue these vital conversations and learn alongside leaders and change makers from across the field. Participants will leave with practical strategies, deeper insight into key trends, and renewed commitment to building a more inclusive, responsive, and just health system for all.
Presentations: To be announced.
